Do you think you are missing product? Please ensure you have looked closely at your shipping box’s WHITE FOAM packing peanuts. Your seeds are in sealed micro plastic containers – protected by the foam packing peanuts. Tear everything open. 😉
Sometimes we ship multiple seeds (of the same strain) in one container. Please ensure you have checked ALL your containers.

LOOKING FOR AN ORDER OR SHIPPING UPDATE? Go to the MY ACCOUNT section of the store, or check the bottom of your “order shipped” email. If you paid for a trackable shipping service – TRACKING NUMBERS can also be found there.
All Canada / USA orders typically take 3-10 *BUSINESS* days – once shipped. That means you must only consider MONDAY to FRIDAY as shipping days. We can only estimate the USA/International delivery duration and have no control over postal/COVID delays, customs+border screening delays, or delivery times. (If they get backed up it can delay your package even longer). In our experience most orders arrive in under 14 business days. What you see for tracking information is exactly what we see. We can only help with damaged or lost parcels (with tracking). Otherwise, please do not contact us for basic shipping updates. Please track your parcel and have patience.
Please use USPS.com or CANADAPOST.ca and enter your tracking number in those platforms to check for an update. If your package is extremely delayed (20+ days or longer), feel free to contact either USPS or CANADAPOST. Please do us a major favor and not contact us for shipping updates. We are not USPS or CANADAPOST and there is nothing we can do to magically make your parcel move faster.
Lettermail does not have tracking and we have zero control over its delivery speed or location.
