All orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging and with other inconspicuous items for FREE (click here to check out all the FREE STUFF WE SEND).  Shipping envelopes and boxes never indicate the seed contents.

Unlike other seed banks that ship their seeds loose in plastic zip lock bags, allowing them to be exposed to the air and get smashed up during delivery – we go 2 steps further by packaging our seeds in air tight sealed micro containers to protect them from damage. We also add silica desiccant (removes moisture) to ensure your seeds stay at their original low 5% humidity throughout storage. This ensures your germination rates are the highest they can possible be!

The sealed containers are pushed into and hidden in foam packing peanuts, effectively keeping them out of view during shipping and international border+customs inspection.  The seeds are extremely well protected and hidden.  We have ZERO problems with international shipping due to this stealth shipping method.

International shipments only indicate there is a thermometer, ph papers, or another inconspicuous item in the shipment.

There is never any mention of seeds in your parcel documentation or on the shipping label.

All orders typically ship within a few business day. However, it is completely dependent on the time of year and how backed up we are. We keep prices down by not employing a massive shipping team. Weekends, holidays and special promotions can and will add a few extra days to shipping times. This is especially true around 4/20, black friday, and boxing day where it can easily take 10+ days to get an order out due to backlog, so please take this into consideration (select a faster shipping service to compensate) and have patience. We are always working as fast as we can, and sometimes bring extra staff in to speed things up. Please ensure your address is 100% correct.  No refunds or reships will be provided for customer error. It is important that you ensure your address is 100% correct, monitor the tracking number, and pickup your shipment in a timely manner.

General Lettermail – $3.99 CDN flat rate – Typically 5-10 business days. (ONCE CANADA POST SERVICE RESUMES)

Lettermail does not provide tracking.  If you choose to use this service we have no way to verify delivery. You must assume all risks with Canadapost losing your order.  (It is rare but it does occasionally happen – maybe 1 in 5000-6000 orders in our experience).  We will not re-ship your order for free if your lettermail order is lost – simply due to the amount of fraud/scams in the marketplace by customers “claiming” their lettermail orders were not received. A few scammers wrecked it for everyone.

Expedited Express (with tracking) – Typically 3-7 business days. (ONCE CANADA POST SERVICE RESUMES)

Small Packet Express (with tracking)– $12-24.99 CAD – Typically 10-21 business days.  This is the cheapest we can ship a tracked parcel with a respectable arrival time and WITHOUT incurring duty/brokerage fees, or being held up for weeks/months by customs. We will also GUARANTEE delivery with this option.

We can offer you a the option of having your order shipped by Small Packet Express (WITHOUT TRACKING) for even less. However, this service is only available to RETURN CUSTOMERS due to fact that there is no tracking. We can not guarantee delivery with this option, nor will provide a free reship if the order is lost. Please take this into consideration if you purchase this shipping option. (Saving a few dollars on shipping and not having a tracking number or guaranteed delivery is not worth it – in our opinion – especially for an international order.)
